In view of the complex, fluctuating, difficult to treat and low recycling rate of biochemical tailwater in the industrial park, an integrated treatment process with resin adsorption technology as the core and matching adsorption equipment are adopted, and a demonstration project of advanced tailwater treatment is established. It provides important technical support to reduce the pollution risk of the industrial park, reduce the pressure of total emission reduction and solve the shortage of water resources.
The advanced treatment and reuse technology of the industrial park wastewater with magnetic resin adsorption as the core is adopted. After the advanced treatment of the wastewater, the effluent COD is less than 50mg/L and the ammonia nitrogen is less than 5mg/L, meeting the requirements of landscape water and circulating cooling water make-up water quality. Due to the domestic conventional level (GB18918-2002 Class I A standard), the wastewater reuse rate is more than 50%.
